Traverse City breakfast plans are easy to make: check our hours, location, menu, and dine-in or takeout options, then fit a meal around your day.

The short versionTraverse City breakfast means choosing a morning meal in town that fits your schedule, whether you dine in, pick up takeout, or have breakfast delivered. Check each restaurant’s breakfast hours, location, and ordering options before you go, since menus and service times can vary; at this spot, breakfast runs until 11 a.m. on weekdays and noon on Saturdays. Planning ahead helps you eat well without squeezing the rest of your day.

Picture a Saturday in Traverse City with a winery stop on the afternoon list and a trail calling your name. Breakfast sets the pace for all of it.

Here’s the clear answer to where to eat breakfast in Traverse City. You’ll find our hours, location, menu, and dine-in or takeout options in one place, so you can decide in a minute.

We’ll also show you how to fit the meal around your sights, wine, and outdoor plans, so breakfast fuels the day instead of slowing it down.

About Our Traverse City Breakfast Restaurant

Before you pick a table, here’s a closer look at who’s cooking your breakfast and where the ingredients come from.

Our history and years cooking locally

We opened in October 2009, and we’ve been cooking locally for 15 years. Our food is made from scratch, prepared from raw ingredients rather than shortcuts. That’s a lot of mornings to keep getting it right.

Consider a family in town for a long weekend who wants one breakfast they can count on before a day of wine tasting.

Because we’ve been cooking locally for 15 years and make our food from scratch, they know what to expect, and they can plan the rest of the day around a full plate.

Our staff are the other half of that story. They’re caring and committed, and that shows in how they treat every guest, from a regular to someone walking in for the first time.

Where our ingredients come from

Plenty of places say they use local ingredients. The real question is when those ingredients reached the kitchen. Here’s how we handle sourcing:

  • Farm fresh ingredients. Our cooking starts with what comes straight from the farm.
  • Seasonal and local sourcing. What’s in season nearby shapes what we cook.
  • Fresh ingredients sourced daily. We source fresh ingredients every day, so what reaches your plate is recent.
  • No quality compromise. We don’t cut corners on quality, ever.

If you’re choosing between two breakfast spots, ask where the ingredients come from. The answer will tell you more than any menu description.

Our Hours and Location for Breakfast

Breakfast here runs six days a week, with hours that shift between weekdays and Saturday. Comparing other Traverse City breakfast spots? Line up the hours first.

When we’re open each week

  • Monday to Friday: 9am to 2pm, with the breakfast menu served 9 to 11am
  • Saturday: 9am to 2pm, with breakfast served until noon
  • Sunday: Closed

Weekday breakfast wraps up at 11am, but on Saturday it stretches to noon. Once breakfast ends, the lunch menu takes over, so a later visit still gets you a meal, just a different one. Check the hours before you visit.

To avoid a wait, aim for the first hour of breakfast and build a little slack into your schedule in case there’s a line.

Where to find us and how to park

You’ll find us at 619 Randolph St in Traverse City, Michigan, right next to Tilleys. Before you set out, look up parking and the easiest route, so you spend the drive thinking about your order, not a parking space.

Say you’re visiting on a Saturday with a wine tasting booked for the afternoon. You can order any time before noon, eat a full breakfast, and head out with the afternoon still open.

Eat here before you leave, not after, and you won’t be hunting for a snack on the road.

What’s on our breakfast menu and specials

Our full breakfast menu runs during the hours above, and it’s posted on site. Breakfast specials run all day, but they run while supplies last. If one catches your eye, it may be gone by the time you’ve finished your coffee. Order early.

Ways to Eat and Order with Us

You can eat breakfast with us three ways: sitting down, picking up at the sidewalk window, or having it delivered. Each one suits a different kind of morning, so pick the one that fits the rest of your day.

Where to sit down and eat

Dining in is for when you want to linger rather than rush. You can take a seat indoors, in the back garden, or on the warm-weather patio when it’s nice out.

Indoor capacity is limited, so have the garden or patio in mind if you’re not sure you’ll get a table inside.

Think of a couple with a full day of wine tasting ahead. They settle into the back garden for a slow first hour, then head out with a full stomach.

A relaxed couple shares breakfast in a sunny garden, smiling at each other across a table with rosé and a map.

Getting takeout from our sidewalk window

Takeout comes from the sidewalk walk-up window. You can order by phone, then wait outside for your food. Orders are fulfilled when we’re not too busy, so the rush can change how long you wait. Takeout is available every day.

On outdoor days, a takeout picnic lets you eat wherever the day takes you. Grab it and go.

Having breakfast delivered to you

Delivery is available daily. Instead of coming to the window, you can stay put: call to place your order, and it’s packaged to maintain quality.

Other Services We Offer

Breakfast doesn’t always mean one table. Beyond dine-in and takeout, we also offer catering and gift cards, so the morning you’re planning can reach more than just you.

Ordering catering and gift cards

Picture a host planning a weekend breakfast for a dozen friends who’ve come to town, or a visitor who wants to send a little of Traverse City to a relative back home.

Both need the same thing: a breakfast that’s handled, not improvised. Here’s what’s available:

  • Catering available. Groups can arrange catering, so the host can spend the morning with their guests instead of standing at the stove.
  • Gift cards and certificates. A gift card or certificate lets the recipient choose their own morning and their own order, which makes it an easy gift to say yes to.
  • Buy in store or online. Choose whichever suits your schedule, and the details are sorted before the trip gets busy.

It’s less about the menu and more about who gets to sit down at the table. Less scrambling, more time at the table.

Breakfast in Traverse City shouldn’t be a guessing game. Know the hours, know the location, and choose whether you want to sit down or take it to go.

Plan the meal first, then build the rest of your day around it. A good start makes the sights, the wine, and the outdoor plans feel easier to enjoy.

Start with a good breakfast, and the rest of your Traverse City day tends to fall into place.
